Hi! I respect your privacy — both as a fellow human and as a mindful creator. This page explains what kind of information I collect on this website, why I collect it, and how it’s used.

1. What personal data I collect — and why

The only personal information I collect is your email address — but only if you choose to share it by signing up for my newsletter. I use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage this list and send occasional updates.

Your email is used exclusively for sending you content you’ve opted into — like newsletters, knitting reflections, or updates about new posts. I do not share your email with anyone else, and I never will.

Site analytics & cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with the content, like which pages are popular or how readers find me. This data helps me improve the blog and write more of what matters to you.

To do this, cookies (tiny data files) may be stored in your browser. They don’t tell me who you are or give access to personal information, it’s anonymous and aggregated.

Also, my website is hosted on Bluehost, which may place additional performance-related cookies. I don’t control those cookies directly.

I also use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage my newsletter. When you sign up for updates, Kit may use cookies to track subscriber behavior, like open rates or link clicks. These are used to improve content and email performance.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings anytime.

3. Embedded content from other platforms

Sometimes I may share Pinterest pins, YouTube videos, or Instagram posts on this site. These platforms may collect some data when you interact with their embedded content — according to their own privacy policies.

I’ll do my best to keep this page updated when new tools are added.

You’re always in control of your data.

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any message.
If you’d like me to permanently delete your email or data, just reach out at flow / at / flowthen.com — I’ll take care of it with no questions asked.

This Privacy Policy may be updated over time, especially as I add new features or tools. I’ll note the date of the most recent update at the bottom of this page.

6. Children’s Privacy

This website and its services are not directed to children under the age of 13.
I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If I become aware that such information has been provided, I will delete it immediately.
